Morocco sits at the western terminus of the Mediterranean olive belt — the same geological arc that gave rise to the great oil traditions of Spain, Italy, and Greece. The Atlas Mountain foothills offer elevation, diurnal temperature variation, and ancient soils that produce a Picholine Marocaine with uncommon depth.

The primary indicator of olive oil freshness and quality. IOC standard requires ≤ 0.8%. We target ≤ 0.5% — a threshold that places every batch in the top tier of extra virgin production globally.

Antioxidant Richness
Polyphenols are the bioactive compounds responsible for olive oil's health benefits — and the peppery finish that marks a high-quality oil. Most supermarket EVOOs measure below 150 mg/kg. Ours targets minimum 250.

The US–Morocco Free Trade Agreement (MAFTA) eliminates import duties on extra virgin olive oil — HTS 1509.10.4000 — fully phased in since January 2023. Where Italian and Spanish competitors carry a 15% tariff burden, Daralbeida enters at zero. That structural cost advantage translates directly into product quality, not margin recovery.
